Using computational fluid dynamics, ARIA Carbon products are aerodynamically engineered to optimize downforce and minimize drag. Important Note on Wheel Quantity and Sizing
The listed price is for one (1) wheel. To purchase a complete set, please order a quantity of four (4).
Many performance and luxury vehicles require different wheel sizes for the front and rear axles.
For example, a stock 2021 McLaren 720S has the following factory wheel configuration:
- Front: 19" Diameter x 9" Width
- Rear: 20" Diameter x 11" Width
In this case, you would need to order:
- Two (2) 19" x 9" wheels (for the front)
- Two (2) 20" x 11" wheels (for the rear)
Always verify your vehicle’s correct wheel specifications before placing an order. If you're unsure, refer to your owner’s manual or contact us for assistance.
3-Piece
Our flagship configuration is a 3-piece construction, engineered and designed using our deep concave profile forgings with a modified designed “floating spoke” extension. This feature allows us to engineer each set with spokes specifically following the exact contour of the step lip surface resulting in a look, unlike any other wheels.

2-Piece Duo
The 2-piece Duo configuration is a revolutionary two-piece monoblock construction, primary focus is to provide a lightweight, forged aluminum, engineered-to-order alternative to the forged monoblock. The “Duo-Block” provides an entirely new look combining three-piece versatility with one-piece performance & ride quality. Offered with full hidden or exposed hardware.

1-Piece Mono
The 1-piece forging configuration by MV Forged features a one-piece mono-block construction. The “mono-blocks” primary focus is to provide a lightweight, forged aluminum, engineered-to-order, forged mono-block wheel. The mono provides a high-performance OEM upgrade with improved ride quality, and performance.

4-Piece Caps
All MV Forged x 7 Design House Wheels come with a standard 4-Piece cap. Our cap options allow you to add accent colors to your wheels with a large variety of colored logos.
Engraving
All 7 Design House wheels now feature our proprietary MV Forged x 7 Design House Engraving that can be offered in text fill colors.
Hub Pocketing
Each design has been standardized with Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes that allow for more efficient heat dissipation and reduce un-sprung mass/weight on the wheel hub. Designs are offered under 5 unique build configurations that share and individualize newly developed details. Each set is engraved with your very own unique serial number, load rating and specs.
Standard Titanium Hardware
All 7 Design House wheels include hidden Grade 5 Titanium bolts on every wheel. Our titanium hardware are 50% lighter than the standard steel hardware. With a tensile strength of 950 MPa and corrosion resistant, you can reduce over an additional 1.5lbs per wheel.

All MV Forged Wheels come with a standard 2-Piece cap. Our cap options allow you to add accent colors to your wheels with a large variety of colored logos. You can also upgrade to our carbon fiber cap options choosing 2×2 carbon or forged carbon in either gloss or satin finish.

Color Options
Titanium Bolts
Our optional Grade 5 Titanium Bolts, Serrated Nuts, and Hidden Studs are 50% lighter than the standard steel hardware. With a tensile strength of 950 MPa and corrosion resistant, you can reduce over 1.5lbs per wheel. Offered in a PVD coated Black, Gold, Silver, or Burnt colorway.
(DYMAG wheels come with Titanium hardware as a standard option)
Warranty
Each MV Forged wheel set comes with a lifetime structural warranty and 3-year finish warranty. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred. If your wheel set is damaged and under warranty, please send us an email with photos and your serial number.
Packaging
Every wheel at MV Forged is packaged using the highest quality packaging materials all Made In America. Our boxes are engineered to be at 275 pounds per square inch burst testing with double wall technology; while the industry standard boxes are 200 pounds per square inch single wall. We go above and beyond on every stage in the wheels life, including the packaging stage. Our team chose local packaging material manufactures and consulted with Packaging Science experts to help secure the integrity of your wheels.
Returns
Custom and special-order items are made specifically for your vehicle and require full payment at the time of purchase. These orders are non-refundable, cannot be canceled, and are not eligible for return.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately and do not attempt to use, install, modify, or fix the item. Photos or video may be required to process your request.
We’ll work with the manufacturer to provide an RMA number and return instructions so the item can be inspected. If the issue is confirmed and not caused by customer error, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement.
All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery, and products must be returned in their original packaging. For freight shipments, our team will provide specific return instructions.
