Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand—plans change! Whether an order can be modified or canceled depends on its status. If it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to assist. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help!

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! You can call us at (916) 538-3422 with any questions. Alternatively, you can also Contact Us by email or by filling out our contact form. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

Do you actually offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all of our products!

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States (US Lower 48 Only).

How long will it take to receive my order?

The vast majority of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx with Signature Required (unless otherwise noted). Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and ship your in-stock order. Many in-stock items may ship within one business day, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Some items may require additional time due to factors such as item availability, warehouse location, carrier access, or other logistical considerations. Special/custom orders and out-of-stock items may take significantly longer to ship.
